How it works
Upload your plan
PDF or Word, up to 50 MB. It goes into private storage that only you can read, and the text is read out of it on the server.
Approve what gets reviewed
Your hotel's name, people introduced with a title or a role (Mr, Ms, Dr, GM, Owner, Chef, Investor, Sales Manager and the like, before the name, after a comma or in brackets), email addresses, phone numbers, web addresses and street addresses are replaced with placeholders. A person named without a title stays as written, which is why you read the exact wording that would be reviewed and approve it — nothing is reviewed until you do.
Read the findings
A section of your plan is judged as one piece — its objective, its tactics, its marketing and its measurable result against each other — and you get one concern per section, shown beside the whole section it is about, so you can check it against your own document rather than take it on trust.
Use the suggested wording
Where a section needs it you get that whole section rewritten, to copy, edit and take away. Your figures are never changed: a rewrite that alters or drops one of your numbers, dates or targets is refused, and where your plan gives no number ECHO leaves a marked blank rather than inventing one. Your uploaded file is never changed, and no rewritten plan is ever assembled — you accept or reject a section at a time.
